This seminar with Ashghal was on the topic of lean construction and featured presentations on their use of lean on the local roads and drainage programme during 2019.
The speakers were from the Ashghal Roads Projects Department, see below, and they provided detailed insights into what has been done and what benefits are being achieved on the local roads and drainage projects where lean has been specified in the contracts since late 2018. Our next event is on November 5th and sees the presentation of the 2019 Qatar Construction Improvement Survey which we conducted in partnership with Pinsent Masons. For more information and to register, click here.
