Our next seminar with Ashghal is on the topic of lean construction and features presentations on their use of lean on the local roads and drainage programme during 2019. It will also include an update on Ashghal’s Constructing Excellence initiative.
The speakers are from the Ashghal Roads Projects Department, they will be joined by one of their current contractors. Detailed insights will be provided into what has been done and what benefits are being achieved on the local roads and drainage projects where lean has been specified in the contracts since late 2018. The seminar will be of interest to anyone wanting to learn more about lean construction and how to implement it in practice on Qatar construction projects.
